Did you buy a battery from Fred Meyer between December 13, 2014 and January 31, 2017? If so, we may owe you a refund of money.
We may have charged you a “core fee.” Under a class action settlement, we have agreed to refund up to two times the core fee to our customers who paid the core fee.
The settlement has been filed in Case No. 3AN-16-10640 CI (Anchorage Superior Court). You have until May 15, 2019 to contact the court to object to or opt out of the settlement.

Fred Meyer will try to contact all customers who used a loyalty card in connection with the purchase. You need to take action if your loyalty card contact information is out of date or you did not use a loyalty card.
